We guarantee a set amount for pet damage and legal eviction expenses. If we approve and place a tenant in your rental property and later need to evict them for non-payment of rent, we'll cover up to $1,000 in legal fees. Similarly, if an approved pet causes damage, we'll reimburse you up to $1,000.
